Hello dear
"Located in the heart of Fresno, Cajun Crack'n offers a taste of the South with its flavorful Cajun and Creole dishes. Customers rave about the garlic noodles, a creamy and garlicky delight that steals the show. Service is top-notch, with attentive waiters ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The Combo meals, featuring a variety of seafood and sides, are a hit among diners. However, the frozen crawfish falls short compared to other options. “ Came for the second time today. I really like the shrimp garlic pasta. I wish it was a bigger portion instead of only a side option. My server this time was much better than the one I had last time. The last time it felt like they wanted us to leave so I didn't review without giving it another try. For a place you eat most things with your hands it's pretty clean and well kept! ”
“ This place never lets us down good food good people. The place is also fun to slap your logo everywhere. ”
“ Best Cajun spot in the Central Valley! Hands down! Always recommend this place. The spice levels are good, sauce is very flavorful. Fresh beer on tap, cheladas are great. Great family spot. ”
“ The service started off rocky but did get a little better. This was my first time having this place and this type of food all together so it was overall pretty good. Definitely plan on having it again. ”
“ For date night, we came to Cajun Crackin. The seafood in a bag places I have been to are Hot N Juicy Crawfish in Vegas, The Crawfish Spot, FOB, The Crawfish Guy and now Cajun Crackin. The Crawfish Spot, which was in Clovis, closed down years ago but had the most flavor. My husband and I speak about them as if they are an ex we just can't get over. Oh how we miss the whole shebang. We love seafood in a bag. However it is a messy type of food so we were glad we were provided with a bucket with trash bag to put our shells in as well as gloves and lemons and salt and pepper. If you don't like to get your hands dirty and work for your food, this place and all the other places I mentioned are not for you. It's a place where you have to crack your Cajun food! Price with tip: We ordered garlic noodles for $9.50 , 2 sodas, and a Combo #1 for $53.95 to share. They do not have filtered tap water, just .75 water bottles. Our total with tip came out to a little over $90. Definitely a splurge night. We would come back. Service: 10/10- I don't remember our waiter's name, young guy. He was one of the best waiters we had. Constantly checked on us and brought us everything we needed. Garlic Noodles- 10/10- Honestly, this was the star of the show, so good. I don't think I order garlic noodle much, but this was so creamy, flavorful, and garlicky. Other garlic noodles will be compared. My husband likes it just the way it is. I thought it tasted so good with a squeeze of lemon. Combo #3: It came with 4 sausages, 2 potatoes, 2 corns and a choice of 3, one 1lb seafood, we chose shrimp with head on because it was cheaper and we didn't mind doing extra work, mussels because they were out of clams and crawfish which were frozen. House sauce 7/10- Mix of all their sauces of New Orleans Cajun, lemon pepper, and garlic butter. Flavor was just okay. I have never really found a spot that has The Crawfish Spot flavors. I was so sad when they closed down. The Crawfish Spot was king of flavor. FOB and Hot N Juicy are the closest. Crawfish Guy follows and then Cajun Crackin. Spice level- 8/10- It was not spicy to me, but had a good kick Crawfish-3/10 frozen, small, not worth it right now. Biggest disappointment of the night. Mussels- 10/10- so meaty and big Shrimp head on- 9/10- big and meaty Corn- 9/10, potatoes- 10/10, sausage 2/10- I didn't like the taste of it. I was originally going to get one pound of sausage, but my husband stopped me and let me know the bag already came with sausages. ”
